The integrated Text-to-Speech (TTS) converter enables you to input text and turn them into spoken audio in human voice. You can save the converted speech as an audio file or insert it to current track for further usage.

Convert Text to Speech
The current Cool Record Edit Pro and Deluxe releases do not include the earlier built-in text-to-speech command. Create an audio file with a text-to-speech tool for Windows, then open that file in the editor. The original instructions below are retained as earlier-version notes.
